Introduction
This notice describes how information is treated when you use the Mat Span Frame mobile application, called the “Service” in the rest of this text. The Service is published by Ruth Phillips. It sets out what may be gathered, the reasons it may be used, and how long it may be kept. If you continue with the Service after reading this notice, you are accepting the practices it describes.
Information Collection and Use
From time to time the Service may ask you to provide something that identifies you, for example an email address, or a brief description of the device in your hand. Material of that sort is held by us and is applied only for the purposes written in this policy.
Other details can be noted automatically while the Service is open. That can cover the family of device and the operating system it runs, the Internet Protocol address of the connection, a record of the actions you take in the app, and diagnostic notes produced if the app closes unexpectedly.
Cookies, or small tools that behave in a comparable way, may be used so the Service can remember limited activity and remain dependable. Most devices let you refuse cookies. If you refuse them, a feature that depends on that memory may become less convenient or may not be available.
Use of Data
The information above is used to:
- Operate the Service, keep it maintained, and refine how it works
- Let you know when something in the Service changes or a new release is ready
- Support features that respond to what you do in the app
- Reply when you ask for help
- Review broad patterns of use so the Service can be made clearer
- Detect, limit, and correct faults, abuse, or dishonest use
Third-Party Access
A portion of the information may be shared with outside firms that perform a defined task for us, such as studying usage in summary form or assisting with replies to users. Information is retained while your use of the Service is active, and for a further period that is reasonable for the purposes listed here. If you want personal information removed, write to the address at the end of this policy. The request will be considered and carried out without undue delay.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not aimed at children under 13, or under 16 in places where the law sets the higher age. We do not seek personal information from children. If you learn that a child has sent personal information to us, please tell us so the information can be deleted.
Security
Protecting information matters. Safeguards of a physical, technical, and organizational kind are used in a way that fits the information involved. Even so, no channel of transmission and no method of storage can be promised to be entirely secure.
International Transfers
Information may be moved to, and kept on, systems located outside the country or region where you use the Service. Use of the Service includes agreement to that transfer, on the understanding that suitable protections accompany the information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy can be revised. When it is, the new text replaces the old text on this page and the effective date shown above is updated. Using the Service after a revision is posted means you accept the revised policy.
